■After Joining
After joining, we will determine the optimal project through interviews considering your skills, experience, aptitude, and preferences. We conduct skill meetings in advance to consider and provide projects where you can utilize your existing skills.
Required experience and skills
・At least 6 months of practical experience in software development work
・For foreign nationals: ① 2+ years of practical experience in Japan ② N2 qualification or higher and fluent conversation skills
■Preferred Qualifications
・Embedded development experience with C, C++ languages
