Job description

You will be responsible for web application development utilizing offshore development (Indonesian subsidiary) , including new feature additions, performance improvements, and technical improvements/renewals.

Main responsibilities:
1. Development project management for Indonesian subsidiary
2. Development support for Indonesian subsidiary
3. Optimal team building with Indonesian subsidiary
4. Business trips to Indonesia (1-2 times per year, about 2 weeks each)
5. Personnel development and future team management

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
① One of the following experiences:
- Bridge SE experience: 3+ years
- Vendor control experience: 3+ years
- PL/PM experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
② Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
③ Java code review experience
④ Ability to travel to Indonesia for business

【Preferred Skills】
- Work experience in Indonesia
- Bridge SE experience with Indonesia
