Job description

◆ As a bus mechanic, you will work in a team to handle vehicle inspections, regular inspections, repairs, etc. of various buses
◆ Bus maintenance is characterized by high-quality maintenance as it is performed according to a predetermined maintenance schedule
◆ Vehicle inspection maintenance is handled by 4 people per vehicle, and other inspections are handled by 2-3 people
◆ An environment where you can help if someone's work is delayed or consult immediately if you don't understand something
◆ After joining the company, seniors will teach you one-on-one for six months
◆ A chance for inexperienced people to absorb high-quality maintenance in a short time!
◆ You can also obtain automotive mechanic qualifications and large vehicle licenses (the company will lend the full cost of acquisition, and the repayment obligation will be exempted after 5 years of continuous service)

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・ Japanese proficiency N3 level or above
・ Graduated from mechanical engineering department or automotive maintenance vocational school
・ 3 years or more after obtaining ordinary driver's license (AT limited acceptable)

【Welcome Skills】
・ Automotive mechanic 3rd grade or 2nd grade qualification
・ Large vehicle license
・ Hazardous materials handler Class B4
