We are actively recruiting talent to meet the increasing demand for air conditioning, sanitation, and electrical equipment construction, with a focus on engineer development. International talent from China, Korea, Vietnam, and Myanmar are actively working with us.
Expected annual salary Monthly salary: 200,000 - 350,000 yen + various allowances (overtime, housing, qualification, family allowances)Bonus: twice a year (July, December) *Total 1.5-2.5 monthsSalary increase: once a year (April) *2,000-20,000 yenOvertime allowance: available (no fixed overtime pay, full payment for overtime hours)

Recruitment details

Job description

Create various drawings from design to completion drawings, including technical support and general administrative work. Through training and on-site OJT education, you will understand building structures and designs from the basics and grow into an 'engineer.' We mainly handle electrical equipment, air conditioning equipment, water supply and drainage equipment in the architectural field. CAD software used: Rebro, AutoCAD, CADWe'll Tfas.

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・Graduated from architecture-related (architecture, civil engineering, electrical/electronic) department. Japanese technical college graduates are also acceptable.
・Japanese language ability N3 equivalent or above
