Job description
■Main Tasks
・Synthesis, reaction, degradation research and verification, synthesis process design
・Basic research to applied research, synthesis, experiments, analysis, evaluation
・Instrument analysis using HPLC and other equipment, reporting, support tasks
■Project Examples
・Evaluation, analysis, and data reporting of organic functional materials and device materials
・Organic film formation on circuit boards, verification, commercialization studies
・Measurement and analysis (UV, microscope, SEM, TEM, HPLC, etc.)
・Analysis, design, investigation, physical property measurement, and functional evaluation of compounds
■Development Products
・Materials related to EV, FCHV, hybrid vehicles (passenger cars, large vehicles)
・Materials related to automotive parts, drive systems, onboard equipment, interior resin parts
・Materials related to medical devices, communication equipment, transportation equipment, railway equipment, marine equipment, space equipment, aviation equipment
・Materials related to home appliances, residential equipment, audio equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, production equipment
■After Joining
After joining, we will determine the optimal project through interviews considering your skills, experience, aptitude, and preferences. We conduct skill meetings in advance to consider and provide projects where you can utilize your existing skills.
Required experience and skills
・At least 6 months of practical experience in technical work
・For foreign nationals: ① 2+ years of practical experience ② N3 qualification or higher and fluent conversation skills

・Experience in polymer handling or synthesis
