Join Hyogo Prefecture's leading general contractor as a Construction Management Engineer, overseeing diverse projects from public facilities to large-scale infrastructure.

★ Position Overview:
We are recruiting both Building Construction Management and Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineers to join our team. You will be responsible for comprehensive construction site management ensuring project quality, safety, cost control, and schedule adherence.

★ Main Responsibilities:

1. Construction Site Management:
- Progress management and schedule control
- Quality control and inspection
- Safety management and accident prevention
- Cost management and budget control
- Daily site documentation and reporting

2. Technical Documentation:
- Creation and review of construction drawings (shop drawings)
- Preparation of cost estimates and quotations
- Technical specification review and compliance verification
- As-built drawing preparation

3. Coordination and Communication:
- Management and coordination of subcontractors and partner companies
- Scheduling and management of material delivery contractors
- Communication with clients, designers, and consultants
- Coordination meetings with various stakeholders

4. Resource Management:
- Worker allocation and labor management
- Equipment and machinery scheduling
- Material procurement and inventory control
- Ensuring adequate resources for project execution

Required experience and skills

★ Required Qualifications (MUST):

For Building Construction Management:
- Level 2 Architectural Construction Management Engineer Assistant qualification or higher
- Japanese language proficiency N3 or above
- Graduated from construction-related department at university or college
- Understanding of construction management fundamentals
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

For Civil Engineering Construction Management:
- Level 2 Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer Assistant qualification or higher
- Japanese language proficiency N3 or above
- Graduated from construction-related department at university or college
- Understanding of civil engineering management fundamentals
- Ability to read civil engineering drawings and specifications

★ Preferred Qualifications (WANT):
- Level 1 Construction Management Engineer qualification (Building or Civil Engineering)
- Regular driver's license (AT transmission acceptable)
- Practical experience in construction site management
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors
- Computer skills for creating construction drawings and estimates
- Understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control
