☆ Main Responsibilities:
1. Progress Management:
- Project schedule creation and management
- Progress confirmation and coordination
- Delay prevention and countermeasures
2. Quality Management:
- Construction quality verification and inspection
- Quality standard compliance confirmation
- Corrective actions when issues arise
3. Safety Management:
- Site safety assurance
- Safety training implementation
- Accident prevention planning and execution
4. Craftsman & Contractor Management:
- Arrangement of craftsmen and contractors
- Work instructions and coordination
- Communication management
☆ Project Types:
- In-house brand wooden detached houses
- Comprehensive management from preparation to completion
- New residential construction projects
Required experience and skills
- High school graduate or above
- Practical construction management experience (years not specified)
- Japanese language proficiency for work (JLPT N3 or above)
- Motivation to acquire Level 1 Civil or Building Construction Management Engineer qualification
☆ Preferred Qualifications (WANT):
- University degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Regular driver's license (AT acceptable)
- Wooden detached house construction management experience
- Construction Management Engineer qualification (Level 1: 50,000 yen/month allowance, Level 2: 30,000 yen/month allowance)
