Job description

Construction management is 'work centered on management rather than on-site work.' Specifically, it involves creating construction plans, arranging personnel, materials, and heavy machinery accordingly, and planning, managing, and directing the entire construction project, including safety management and schedule management during construction.

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・University graduate within 3 years
・Japanese language ability sufficient for work (JLPT N3 or above)
・Willingness to obtain Level 1 Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer or Level 1 Architectural Construction Management Engineer certification

【Preferred Skills】
・Science/engineering degree (civil engineering/architecture related)
・Regular driver's license (AT-only license not acceptable)
