You will manage construction of heavy temporary materials (sheet piles, earth retaining materials, etc.). Projects last up to 3 months, allowing diverse site experience. The company group has achieved 100 billion JPY in sales.

Job description

Civil Engineering Construction Management (Earth Retaining, etc.) - Industry leader with easy-to-work project durations of up to 3 months!

Job Overview:
You will be responsible for construction management of heavy temporary materials (sheet piles, earth retaining materials, etc.) including driving, extraction, and scaffolding work in collaboration with general contractors.

Job Details:
- Meetings with prime contractors
- Directing subcontractors and planning construction
- Confirming work arrangements
- Process management, quality control, safety management, budget management, etc.

Position Features:
- Project duration: from a few weeks to max 3 months
- Short project periods allow diverse site experience
*Night shifts may be required (frequency varies by site)
*Long-distance driving may be required (1.5-2 hours depending on site)

Required experience and skills

【Required】
- Graduated from construction-related department
- Civil engineering construction management experience
- Driver's license
- JLPT N2 level conversation ability

【Preferred】
- Civil Engineering Management Engineer certification
