【Detailed Responsibilities】
・Construction planning
・Meetings with clients
・Arranging partner companies
・Management of schedule, safety, quality, cost, and environment
・Various document preparation
・Cost estimation work
・Construction supervision assistance
・Work area: Mainly around each office location and nearby areas
Required experience and skills
・Bachelor's degree in architecture/construction (Japanese vocational schools also acceptable)
・Japanese proficiency N2 or above
・Grade 2 Construction Management Engineer certification
・Construction management practical experience
・Driver's license (automatic transmission OK)
・Own car ownership required
