We are looking for experienced civil engineering and construction management professionals for various projects in Hokkaido. This position is for candidates with Grade 2 Construction Management Engineer certification and practical experience. Only one interview required. Job description

You will work as a technical staff member for construction management (civil engineering & architecture) at various project sites.

【Detailed Responsibilities】
・Construction planning
・Meetings with clients
・Arranging partner companies
・Management of schedule, safety, quality, cost, and environment
・Various document preparation
・Cost estimation work
・Construction supervision assistance

・Work area: Mainly around each office location and nearby areas

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・Bachelor's degree in architecture/construction (Japanese vocational schools also acceptable)
・Japanese proficiency N2 or above
・Grade 2 Construction Management Engineer certification
・Construction management practical experience
・Driver's license (automatic transmission OK)
・Own car ownership required

【Preferred Skills】
・Higher level certifications and extensive experience

Salary increase: Once per year, Bonus: Twice per year (2021 average: 4 months). Working hours

8:30-17:30 (1-hour break), Overtime work (approx. 25 hours/month)
