Civil Engineering Construction Management ◆ Nationwide 9 locations ◆ 124 days off per year ◆ Average 20 hours overtime/month

A major construction company specializing in disaster prevention and mitigation is recruiting civil engineering construction management professionals. We mainly engage in disaster prevention and mitigation projects such as restoring collapsed mountains, reinforcing cut mountains, and preventing landslides and rockfalls. Our work has great significance in disaster-prone Japan, contributing to society through restoration and reinforcement projects. With 9 locations nationwide and stable public projects (90%), we offer a secure work environment.
Expected annual salary Annual salary increases (3% increase rate) and performance-based bonuses. Qualification allowances (3,000 yen to 20,000 yen) for obtaining relevant certifications. Qualification acquisition support system available. Long-term career development possible in stable disaster prevention and mitigation business.

Job description

◆ Progress management and process management of construction sites
◆ Our company works not on buildings, but on places we actually pass through in our daily lives such as parks, mountain slopes, and behind bridges

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・ Graduated from architecture-related field (architecture, civil engineering). Vocational school graduates are also acceptable.
・ Japanese proficiency N2 level or above

【Welcome Skills】
・ Passed Level 1 or Level 2 Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician certification
・ Regular driver's license (AT limited acceptable)
