・Types: Public facilities, highways, rivers, embankments, bridges, embankment works, railway paving.
・Duration: 1 year.
・Budget: ¥200M–¥500M.
・Prime contractor rate: 90%.
・Area: 50% in Gunma, 50% in Tochigi/Saitama.

Required experience and skills

Required Skills:
・Japanese language proficiency N2 or higher
・Graduated from an architecture/civil engineering department (domestic or international)
・Experience in civil construction management
・Holds a standard driver’s license
Preferred Skills:
・Holds Class 1 or Class 2 Civil Construction Management Engineer certification
