Job description

Start your career in the construction industry with no prior experience!
You will be responsible for assisting construction site management.
Your mission is to support overall site operations and help maintain a safe working environment.
You’ll be working in a supportive setting with peers who join the company every month!

[Main Responsibilities]
■ Photo Management
Take photos at construction sites and organize the image data using devices such as PCs or tablets.

■ On-site Management
While patrolling the site, you will check the following:

Progress: Ensure construction is proceeding according to schedule

Quality: Verify consistency with blueprints

Safety: Identify and prevent potential hazards in worker behavior (health, actions) or high-risk areas (heights, truck access zones)

Note: Duties may vary depending on the site you are assigned to.

[Post-Hire Training]
■ Take-Off Training Program
We provide thorough training on basic business manners and workplace behavior.
You’ll also receive job-specific and industry-specific training before starting at your site, so no need to worry.
Additional support includes free CAD training and assistance in acquiring national certifications.

Required experience and skills

・Graduate from university or technical college in architecture, civil engineering, equipment (air-conditioning/sanitation), or electrical construction ・Reside in Japan ・JLPT N3 or higher ・Interest in construction industry ※No experience in the industry/position, fresh graduates, and second new grads are welcome

Preferred Skills: ・Industry experience ・Basic PC skills

Base Salary: from ¥226,440, Fixed OT (20h): ¥33,700. Overtime beyond fixed hours paid additionally.

Annual Income Examples:
Age 36 (7 yrs): ¥7.18M;
Age 30 (4 yrs): ¥5.4M;
Age 25 (2 yrs): ¥4.6M (Including salary + allowances + bonuses).

Working hours

8:00–17:00 ※Night shifts may occur depending on the situation

Training & Support:
Post-Entry Training: Includes business manners and job basics. Industry and job training will be provided before assignment. Free CAD training and national certification support also available.
