Job description

Responsible for construction project management at assigned locations. Specifically, you will manage safety, quality, and schedule aspects to ensure smooth project progression. Management duties cover architecture, civil engineering, electrical, and facility engineering, with comprehensive support for developing specialized knowledge and skills from beginner level.

Required experience and skills

【Required】・Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, electrical/electronic engineering (Japanese vocational schools acceptable)・Educational background in Japan (graduate school, university, vocational school, Japanese language school)・4+ years residence in Japan・Japanese language proficiency N2 or above・Driver's license (except Tokyo/Osaka assignments)【Preferred】・Construction management experience・Basic PC skills (Word, Excel)
