Job description
You will be responsible for construction management assistant duties at construction sites. Specifically, you will handle quality management, cost and cost management, process and deadline management, safety management, environmental management, creation and modification of construction drawings, public and administrative work, and other related duties. You will be employed as a full-time employee and dispatched as a temporary worker to external sites.
Required experience and skills
【Required Skills】
・University degree in architecture, civil engineering, electrical/electronic, mechanical engineering, etc.
・Passed N3 (JLPT or NAT-TEST)
・Willingness to learn
・Willingness to work in Japan for a long time to eventually handle site supervisor duties
・Willingness to take the national qualification exam for construction management engineer after 1.5 years of practical experience
・University degree in architecture, civil engineering, electrical/electronic, mechanical engineering, etc.
・Passed N3 (JLPT or NAT-TEST)
・Willingness to learn
・Willingness to work in Japan for a long time to eventually handle site supervisor duties
・Willingness to take the national qualification exam for construction management engineer after 1.5 years of practical experience
