Construction management for large-scale projects including metal roofing, exterior walls, and gutters for commercial facilities, logistics warehouses, factories, and public facilities.

【Detailed Responsibilities】
・Regular meetings with site managers from general contractors
・Personal site inspection and status confirmation
・Information sharing with company foremen
・Construction progress management
・Coordination between contractors and company teams

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・Bachelor's degree in architecture/construction (Japanese vocational schools also acceptable)
・Japanese proficiency N3 or above
・Driver's license (automatic transmission OK)

【Preferred Skills】
・Construction management practical experience
・Grade 2 Construction Management Engineer certification
