Job description
Detailed responsibilities:
・Meetings (clients, design offices, government offices, neighbors, contractors)
・Creation of construction plans, schedules, and construction drawings
・Arrangement of materials and workers
・Invoice processing
・Inspections and reporting
Project examples: Major commercial complexes, large hotels, large commercial facilities, apartments, schools, and hospitals in the Kansai region
Required experience and skills
・Japanese proficiency at business level (JLPT N2 or higher)
・Experience in building/civil engineering construction management (any duration)
【Preferred Skills】
・Ordinary driver's license (AT limited not acceptable)
・Class 1 or Class 2 Building Construction Management Engineer certification
・Experience with large-scale construction projects
・Communication skills with various stakeholders
