We are looking for construction management professionals for building and large-scale renovation projects. Established in 2011, our company has many international staff from Myanmar, Vietnam, China, and other countries actively working. We provide comprehensive support including visa assistance and living support.
Expected annual salary Annual income estimate:• Experienced: Approx. 3.3-4.5 million yen• Inexperienced: Approx. 2.8-3.5 million yen• Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)• Annual salary increase: Once a year (April)

Job description

Construction management for building and large-scale renovation projects

【Main duties】
• Construction planning and management
• Quality control and safety management
• Schedule and cost management
• Coordination with contractors and clients
• Documentation and reporting
• On-site supervision and inspection

We also handle temporary construction, temporary material rental/sales, temporary planning drawings, and various applications.

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
• Japanese language proficiency N3 or above
• Bachelor's degree in architecture-related field (domestic or international)

【Preferred Skills】
• Construction management experience
• Relevant qualifications
