・Cost estimation from drawings
・Material procurement coordination
・Site inspection and on-site work
・Material transportation
・Meetings with sales and client representatives
・Project scheduling management
・Drawing creation (CAD)
※Target: 100+ foundation projects annually, up to 10-15 projects/month
※Initially focus on office work including CAD drawing and cost estimation
※On-site experience provided for knowledge acquisition
★Learn rational and efficient foundation construction techniques through construction experience and product development
Required experience and skills
・Japanese N3 level or above
・Valid driver's license
・Able to commute by personal vehicle
・CAD drawing skills (any software acceptable)
【Preferred Skills】
・Japanese N2 level or above
・Residential construction site management experience (2+ years)
・Blueprint reading ability
・Site management or construction experience in wooden housing and foundation work
・Architect license, construction management engineer certification, medium-sized vehicle license or above
