【Detailed Responsibilities】
・Project types: Apartment buildings, factories, offices, retail stores
・Area: Tokyo metropolitan area (projects near your residential area)
・Construction period: Several months to 2 years
・Project value: Several hundred million to several billion yen
・Direct commuting from construction sites is possible
After joining, you will learn the job under OJT guidance from senior employees according to your experience. We provide a 6-month to 1-year training period for you to thoroughly learn our business.
Required experience and skills
・Bachelor's degree in architecture/construction (Japanese vocational schools also acceptable)
・Japanese proficiency N2 or above
・1+ years of construction site management experience
・Driver's license (automatic transmission OK)
【Preferred Skills】
・Construction management engineer certification
