A company specializing in technical staffing services for the construction industry is recruiting for a construction management position. With numerous project sites mainly in the Kanto region, you can work long-term without major relocation.

Job description

Based on construction drawings, you will perform process management, quality control, safety management, and photo documentation at the assigned site, supervising and directing construction site engineers.
*Includes technical support and general office work

CAD software used: Rebro, AutoCAD, CADWe'll Tfas

Required experience and skills

【Required】
- Graduated from architecture-related department (architecture, civil engineering, electrical/electronic) *Japanese vocational schools also accepted
- JLPT N3 or above
- 1+ year of domestic construction management experience

【Preferred】
- Construction Management Engineer certification
