Job description

You will be responsible for managing construction sites. Under the site director, you will oversee whether the work is progressing according to plan and whether safety is ensured.
This position involves coordinating and adjusting activities on-site.

Since you will work with many professionals, communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.

Main Duties:
■ Meetings and instructions with clients and workers
■ Quality, safety, and schedule management on site
■ Cost management
■ Creating documents and drawings

Required experience and skills

Required Skills
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher
- Holder of 2nd-class Architect Construction Management Engineer
- Possess a valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills
- Holder of 1st-class Architect Construction Management Engineer
