Job description
Manage civil engineering or building construction sites:
- Cost, schedule, quality, safety, and other site management tasks
- Civil works: roads, bridges, sand control dams, land development, disaster restoration (mainly public works)
- Building works: apartments, buildings, stores, public facilities, factories
Placement will be based on aptitude, preference, and experience

Required experience and skills
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N3 (able to work in Japanese without issues)

- Experience in civil or architectural construction management (duration not specified)
Preferred Skills
- Possession of a driver's license (AT is acceptable)
- Possession of a civil engineering construction management qualification (1st or 2nd level)
- Graduated from a department of Architecture or Civil Engineering (Technical school graduates are also acceptable)
