Job description

Responsible for managing construction of air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems. Use CAD to create construction drawings based on design plans. Manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost of construction. Collaborate with owners, general contractors, and design offices, as well as skilled technicians. Projects mainly located around Kanto region.

Required experience and skills

・Graduated from architectural (architecture, civil engineering, etc.) or electrical departments. Vocational school is acceptable.
・At least 1 year of work experience at any construction site (enthusiasm and motivation considered for those with no experience).
・Japanese language proficiency of N3 or higher
■ Applicants with the following skills and experience will be given preference:
・Holders of Grade 1 or Grade 2 certifications in piping or electrical construction management
・Work experience in air conditioning systems or other facility-related fields
