You will be responsible for on-site management of architectural products installation including roofs, walls, and gutters. Job description

You will perform construction site management for architectural sheet metal work.
・On-site meetings
・Construction progress management
・Arranging craftsmen (craftsmen and material arrangements)
・Safety management and schedule management to bring projects to completion

Project duration is up to about 3 months for longer projects. Business trips are mainly within Okayama Prefecture, sometimes to Hiroshima Prefecture, but are generally day trips.

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・Interest in this type of work
・Understanding of construction management (not limited to construction industry)
・Graduated from architecture-related department (university or Japanese vocational school)
・Japanese language proficiency N3 or above

【Welcome Skills】
・Driver's license
・Construction Management Engineer certification
