You will be engaged in construction management for building projects received by our company.

・Project type: Waterproofing and large-scale renovation work
・Project value: Several hundred thousand to 50 million yen
・Area: Mainly Kanagawa Prefecture, some projects in Tokyo
* Direct commuting to and from the site is possible considering commuting time
* Trial period duties: Same as permanent employment

Required experience and skills

・Japanese level N2 or above
・Graduated from architecture-related major (domestic or international)
・Experience in construction site management (duration not required)
・Holders of 2nd or 1st grade construction management engineer qualification
