You will be in charge of civil engineering site management for national, prefectural, and private projects.
Details:
・Project types include public facilities, highways, rivers, levees, bridges, embankments, and railway pavements.
・Duration: 1 year.
・Budget: ¥200M–¥500M.
・Main contractor ratio: 90%.
・Area: 50% Gunma, 50% Tochigi/Saitama.

Required experience and skills

Required Skills:
・Japanese proficiency N2 or higher
・Graduate in construction-related fields (architecture, civil engineering, etc.) domestic or overseas
・Practical experience in construction site management
・Holder of a regular driver's license
Preferred Skills:
・Holders of 1st or 2nd grade architectural site management engineer license
