Job description
Quality control: Pursuing high-quality finishes and on-site verification
Safety management: Creating a safe working environment for craftsmen and staff
Material and worker coordination: Procuring necessary materials and work staff
Cost estimation: Accurate cost estimation and explanation to clients
Client meetings: Reflecting client requirements at construction sites
Coverage area: Mainly Tokyo (no transfers/business trips, direct commuting possible)
Construction period: Projects typically 1-1.5 years
Client base: Real estate developers and other trusted business partners
Required experience and skills
・Japanese proficiency N2 or higher
・Graduate from architecture-related department (Japanese vocational school graduates acceptable)
・Housing construction management experience (any duration, overseas experience acceptable)
