Job description
[1] Seismic Retrofitting Business
┗ Strengths in design x construction, conventional methods x special methods.
[2] Building Regeneration Business Taishin Re-Build
┗ After stripping existing frames of old earthquake-resistant standard buildings to a skeleton state, we perform seismic retrofitting + interior/exterior and equipment renewal.
Initially, you will be responsible for construction site management (quality, safety, schedule, cost) in the Seismic Retrofitting Business.
Later, you may also be involved in site management for our unique
Building Regeneration Business (Taishin Re-Build).
Regenerative architecture for non-wooden structures with a strong focus on seismic retrofitting is rare among other companies.
Required experience and skills
■ Experience in architectural construction management (2-5 years)
→ Experience in managing reinforced concrete construction, not wooden structures, is required.
■ Completion of special education for full-body harness
■ Valid driver's license (AT acceptable)
