Job description

Construction management as a prime contractor with greater discretion and efficient operations.

Main responsibilities:
・Quality management: Ensuring high-quality construction standards
・Schedule management: Project timeline planning and monitoring
・Budget management: Cost control and financial oversight
・Safety management: Maintaining safe work environments

Communicate with local residents, apartment residents, and craftsmen while advancing projects.

Project types: Road maintenance, water and sewerage infrastructure, contaminated soil remediation (environmental projects), private residential development, and social infrastructure development

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・Graduate from architecture or civil engineering department (Japanese vocational schools acceptable)
・Japanese proficiency N2 or higher

【Preferred Skills】
・Class 2 Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer certification
・Experience in civil engineering construction management
・Communication skills with local residents and workers
・Project management experience
