We are recruiting for both electrical construction management and technician positions. Established in 1963, our company offers a unique environment where both management and technical staff work together, allowing for skill development and career changes between positions.

Job description

【Construction Management Position】
• Creating construction drawings
• Labor cost management and scheduling
• Various negotiations and coordination
• Other related duties

【Field Technician Position】
• On-site wiring, piping, and connection work
• Other field technical work

Both positions work on interior electrical equipment construction for new condominiums, new office buildings, etc.

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
• Second-class electrician license
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, electrical/electronic engineering
• Japanese language proficiency N2 level
• Manual transmission (MT) driver's license

【Preferred Skills】
• First-class electrician license
• Grade 1 or 2 electrical construction management qualification
• Practical work experience
