Job description
■Construction management for electrical equipment (power receiving/distribution, trunk lines, wiring, low-voltage, etc.) renovation and renewal at sites mainly in central Tokyo
■Handle a wide range from large-scale renovations worth several hundred million yen to short-term renewals
■Clear division of labor with major prime contractors, easy to coordinate
【Specifically】
■Overall construction management including process/quality/safety/cost management
■Instructions and coordination with subcontractors, work confirmation, photo management, document preparation
■Negotiations with tenants, building management companies, and prime contractors, inspection attendance
■Night and holiday switchover work (when necessary)
■Material management mainly B-materials, reducing inventory burden
Required experience and skills
■Electrical construction management experience
■Electrical site supervisor experience
■Japanese language proficiency (N3 or above)

■1st/2nd Grade Electrical Construction Management Engineer
■Class 1/Class 2 Electrician
■Renovation experience in offices/commercial facilities/hospitals/large complex facilities
