We are recruiting mechanical and electrical engineers at a staffing company. Various positions available including production engineering, production preparation, quality assurance, and equipment maintenance. Excellent conditions with 125 days off per year and monthly salary of ¥330,000-600,000 (annual income ¥4.2M-8M). We welcome graduates from mechanical, electrical/electronic, or information systems departments with Japanese N3 or above.

Job description

You will work as a mechanical/electrical engineer.

【Evaluation】
- Fuel cell performance evaluation, durability testing, data organization
- Electrical evaluation of automotive electronic components
- Product assembly, wiring, adjustment, testing, inspection
- Evaluation and inspection within manufacturing processes

【Quality Control/Quality Assurance】
- Quality control of information transmission equipment
- Thin film substrate inspection
- Visual inspection, dimensional measurement
- Quality control/assurance of steel materials and products
- Battery mass production equipment quality management

【Production Engineering/Preparation】
- Automotive production line startup
- FA equipment assembly, wiring, delivery support
- Semiconductor transport robot assembly, wiring, testing
- Sensor product line process improvement
- Heat treatment process design and development
- Sunroof product production preparation
- Aluminum die-casting process design
- BEV battery production preparation and process development

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
- Graduate from relevant departments such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Systems Engineering
- Japanese language ability N3 or above
- Comfortable with communication
- Experience using Office tools (basic input level is acceptable)

【Preferred Skills】
- Regular driver's license

【Tools Used】
Tester, data logger, caliper, micrometer, CMM, gauges, general tools, Excel, etc.
