・Overseeing and directing the entire construction process

Required experience and skills

・Graduated from university within the last 5 years
・Science and engineering background (civil engineering, architecture, etc.)
・Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (able to communicate effectively for work)
・Strong willingness to obtain the 1st-Class Civil Engineering or Building Construction Management Engineer certification
