Construction management is a management-focused role rather than physical fieldwork. Specifically, responsibilities include:・Planning construction projects・Arranging personnel, materials, and heavy machinery・Managing safety and project progress during construction
・Overseeing and directing the entire construction process

Required experience and skills
・Graduated from university within the last 5 years
・Science and engineering background (civil engineering, architecture, etc.)
・Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (able to communicate effectively for work)
・Strong willingness to obtain the 1st-Class Civil Engineering or Building Construction Management Engineer certification
