Job description

■ Manage foundation construction sites: cost estimation from drawings, material ordering, site checks, construction, transport of materials, internal sales meetings, client liaison, schedule management, CAD drawing.
※ Target: over 100 foundations/year, with a possibility of 10–15 projects starting per month.
※ Initially focused on office work (CAD, estimation), but field experience is also expected for knowledge acquisition.

★ Learn efficient and clean foundation techniques through construction-based product development.★

Required experience and skills

- Japanese level N3 or higher
- Driver’s license
- Able to commute by private car
- Able to use CAD (any software)

Preferred Skills:
- Japanese level N2 or higher
- 2+ years of housing construction site management
- Blueprint reading skills, experience in managing or constructing wood-frame houses/foundations
- Holding licenses such as architect, construction management engineer, or medium vehicle license
