Job description
Construction and safety management at sites with steel mills and chemical plants.
Knowledge will be acquired after joining, so please start by communicating with craftsmen and customers.
○ What is construction management?
A job that plans construction and manages it to proceed according to plan.
Plays an important role in meeting construction completion deadlines and performing high-quality new construction and repairs of factory equipment.
Specific duties include:
・Safety management to ensure craftsmen work safely without injury
・Labor management considering the health and condition of craftsmen
・Progress management to ensure construction proceeds according to specified materials and methods
After joining, you will start with assistant duties and learn the job while communicating with craftsmen and customers.
Required experience and skills
・Graduation from architecture-related department (Japanese vocational schools acceptable)
・Driver's license
・Japanese N2 level or above

・Practical experience in construction or civil engineering
・Communication skills for working with craftsmen and clients
