We are looking for a construction manager to handle on-site management for improvement, modification, and repair of heat treatment equipment. We are expanding service bases nationwide and seeking candidates to cover various regions.

You will be responsible for on-site construction management for improvement, modification, and repair of heat treatment equipment at customer sites.

【About the Company】
We provide high-quality services through field engineers specializing in installation, assembly, commissioning, and maintenance of various heat treatment furnaces for automotive and machinery parts. In recent years, we have expanded our business to include industrial furnace design and material procurement/sales.

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・Ability to understand mechanical drawings
・Experience in construction management
・Japanese language proficiency required for work (conversation level N3 or above)

【Welcome Skills】
・Understanding of simple sequence software for industrial furnaces
・Experience in industrial furnace operation management, installation, and commissioning
・Regular driver's license
・Electrician or Construction Management Engineer certification
