◎What does a construction manager do?
They plan and oversee construction to ensure it proceeds as scheduled.
You play a vital role in completing factory facility installations and repairs on time and with high quality.
Specifically, your tasks include ensuring the safety of on-site workers, managing their well-being, and checking whether the work is progressing as planned according to instructions and materials.
You'll begin with assistant tasks and gradually learn through working closely with craftsmen and clients.
Required experience and skills
- Graduate from an architecture-related department (Japanese vocational schools acceptable)
- Possess a driver's license
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher
Preferred Skills:
– Practical experience in architecture or civil engineering
