■After Joining
After joining, we will determine the optimal project through interviews considering your skills, experience, aptitude, and preferences. For those with less experience, we will assign projects starting from testing and maintenance/operation, while those with extensive experience will be assigned to projects where they can utilize their skills early, such as requirements definition and construction.
Required experience and skills
・At least 6 months of practical experience in system development (any programming language)
・For foreign nationals: ① 2+ years of practical experience ② N3 qualification or higher and fluent conversation skills

・Experience in system development, infrastructure development, operation/maintenance, monitoring, help desk, etc.
