Job description

You will be engaged in the management of all processes related to landscape construction management, from planning landscaping work at government and private projects, on-site schedule control, quality control of construction, to safety management of work.

・Create construction plans
・Manage on-site schedules
・Quality control of materials and construction items
・Safety management, etc.
[Workflow]
Meeting ⇒ Site survey ⇒ Planning & estimation ⇒ Landscape construction & management Since subcontractors carry out the actual work, your main tasks will be giving instructions, negotiation, and management duties.

Required experience and skills

・Experience in landscape construction management at construction sites
・Applicants with a Landscaping Construction Management Engineer license will be given preference.
