Job description

Join our construction management assistant team and support smooth construction projects for condominiums, buildings, commercial facilities, and public facilities across Japan.

■Main Responsibilities
・Email and phone correspondence
・Progress and schedule management
・Quality control support
・Creating invoices, applications, and other documents
・Coordinating various schedules with related companies
・Modifying design drawings (reflecting instructions from the field)
・Other office administrative tasks

■Comprehensive Training Program
After joining, you'll participate in our 3-week J-CTEC training program where you'll learn the fundamentals from the ground up, followed by assignment to actual construction sites.
