Recruitment details

Job description

You will be responsible for construction management of air conditioning, water supply/drainage, sanitation, and electrical equipment. Using CAD software, you will create construction drawings based on design drawings. Based on these drawings, you will manage construction safety, quality, schedule, and cost. You will work in cooperation with owners, general contractors, and design offices, as well as collaborate with skilled craftsmen with specialized techniques to advance construction projects. You will be in charge of sites around the Kanto region.

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・Graduated from architecture-related (architecture, civil engineering, etc.) or electrical engineering department. Technical college graduates are also acceptable.
・At least 1 year of experience in construction site work (inexperienced candidates will be considered based on motivation)
・Japanese language ability N3 or above

【Preferred Skills】
・Level 1 or 2 plumbing construction management engineer or electrical construction management engineer certification
・Experience with air conditioning or equipment
