Job description

■Civil Engineering Construction Management
・Meetings with clients and subcontractors
・Schedule management, safety management, quality management
・Project management for orders centered in Fukuchiyama City and Kyoto Prefecture

To properly convey client requirements to the field, it's important to give accurate instructions to our construction teams and subcontractors, and to follow up on progress.

You will lead various craftsmen and workers, utilizing your communication skills while working with many people.

This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership and project management abilities in a supportive environment.

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・Graduation from architecture-related department (Japanese vocational schools acceptable)
・Japanese N3 level or above
・Regular driver's license (AT acceptable)

【Preferred Skills】
・Ownership of personal vehicle
・Basic understanding of construction industry
・Communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders

Salary increase: Once yearly (0-30,000 JPY), Bonus: Twice yearly (150,000-600,000 JPY)
