Job description
You will be responsible for overall construction site management. At our company, we handle many prime contractor projects, focusing mainly on medium- to large-scale projects. As a group company of the major Kansai private railway operator Nankai Electric Railway, we also work with government offices and many long-standing clients, ensuring stable business operations. ■ Meetings (with clients/design offices/government offices/neighbors/contractors)
■ Preparation of construction execution plans, project schedules, and shop drawings
■ Coordination of materials and skilled workers
■ Invoice processing
■ Inspections and reporting, etc.
