Job description

■Construction management for plant demolition
Safety and progress management for demolition of steel mills and power plants

Specific facilities include:
・Power plant boilers, generators, and smokestacks
・Steel mill tanks and blast furnace equipment
・Gas plant spherical holders
・Various other industrial plants

※Actual demolition work is performed by partner companies, while our company handles construction management

★Main responsibilities:
・Creation of demolition construction plans
・Overall safety and schedule management

★Work flow:
▼ Meetings on demolition methods
▼ Planning using CAD (desk work)
▼ Meetings with plant personnel regarding construction

Required experience and skills

【Required Skills】
・Graduation from architecture-related department (Japanese vocational schools acceptable)
・Japanese N2 level or above
・1st-class Construction Management Engineer (Architecture or Civil Engineering)
・Regular driver's license (AT acceptable)

【Preferred Skills】
・Experience in plant or industrial facility construction management
・Experience in demolition work
・CAD operation skills
・Project management experience
