Job description
★ Position Overview:
We are recruiting both Plumbing Construction Management and Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineers. You will be responsible for comprehensive project management from planning through completion, working primarily as prime contractor or first-tier subcontractor.
★ Main Responsibilities:
1. Construction Planning and Documentation
2. Project Management (progress, materials, budget, quality)
3. Coordination and Communication with stakeholders
4. Site Operations (inspections, safety, problem-solving)
★ Project Types:
- Hot spring inns and hotels in Izu region
- HVAC system installation and renovation
- Water supply/drainage systems
- Public facility construction
- Subsidy utilization projects
Required experience and skills
- Graduated from construction-related university degree program
- Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 or above
- Strong motivation and commitment to acquire Construction Management Engineer qualification
- Understanding of construction management fundamentals
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Willingness to work in Shizuoka Prefecture (Izu region)
★ Preferred Qualifications (WANT):
- Level 1 or Level 2 Construction Management Engineer certification (Plumbing or Civil Engineering)
- Regular driver's license (AT transmission acceptable)
- Practical experience in construction site management
- Experience in HVAC or plumbing construction projects
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and water supply/drainage facilities
- Computer skills for CAD and construction management software
- Experience with public works projects or subsidy applications
