■Handle a wide range of projects from large-scale projects worth several hundred million yen annually to small-scale projects.
■Stable work environment with 70% public and 30% private project composition.

【Specifically】
■First learn the work through OJT by accompanying seniors.
■Responsible for overall construction management including process management, quality control, safety management, and cost management.
■Handle a series of construction-related tasks including checking craftsmen's work, taking photos, and creating reports.
■For public works, also prepare and submit reports to administrative agencies such as Kawasaki City.
■Handle both long-term large-scale public works (1.5-2 years) and relatively short-term private construction in parallel.

■Japanese language proficiency required for work (N3 or above)
