Oversee 4-5 specialist construction managers per luxury site with prestigious 1.5-2 year development cycles. Manage relationships with Japan's most respected clients.

Required experience and skills

• University graduation in Japan (preferably from top-tier institutions)
• Exceptional Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3+ required, N2+ preferred)
• Required qualifications: 2nd/1st Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician, 2nd/1st Class Building Construction Management Technician, or 2nd Class Architect
• Preferred: Driver's license, distinguished construction experience
