• Premium Civil Engineering Infrastructure Management
Direct 2-3 elite construction managers per premium site with strategic 10-month project cycles. 50% of projects secured through prestigious railway group partnerships.
• Elite Building Construction Excellence
Oversee 4-5 specialist construction managers per luxury site with prestigious 1.5-2 year development cycles. Manage relationships with Japan's most respected clients.
• Strategic Estimation and Premium Design
Executive financial planning and premium budget optimization. Innovative technical design and strategic development planning.

Required experience and skills
• Exceptional Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3+ required, N2+ preferred)

• Preferred: Driver's license, distinguished construction experience
