Job description

As a core member, you will be involved in the design and development of web services, creating features to improve clients' operational efficiency and business performance.

Specifically:
- Development of web services running on cloud platforms like AWS and Heroku
- Frontend development and server-side development including batch processing
- 100% in-house development for contract projects

In-house SaaS Development:
Opportunity to participate in developing a retirement benefit management SaaS product from 0 to 1.

Contract Development:
Not just implementing as told, but understanding client requirements and business goals to determine the best solutions together with team members and clients.

Required experience and skills

【Required】
- 2+ years of system development experience
- System design experience (hobby or less than 1 year professional)
- 1+ year of programming experience
- Testing experience (hobby or less than 1 year professional)
- Japanese language ability for business communication (JLPT N3 or above)

【Welcome】
- Server-side language experience (Java, Python, etc.)
- HTML, JavaScript (React, Vue, Angular) and related framework experience
