Job description

Overall construction site management for new construction, renovation, and remodeling of detached houses and commercial facilities.

[Specific responsibilities]
- Meetings and proposals with clients and design staff
- Schedule, quality, and safety management
- Coordination with subcontractors and craftsmen
- Cost and schedule management
- Organizing construction photos and preparing documents

* Sites are primarily in Yokohama City and surrounding areas
* Focus on one project at a time (no excessive multi-tasking)

Required experience and skills

[Required]
- Holder of "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" visa
- Graduate of architecture, civil engineering, or construction-related university/vocational school (or equivalent practical experience)
- Practical experience in construction site management (any number of years)
- Regular driver's license (AT-limited acceptable)
- Japanese language: JLPT N3 or above (able to communicate at work)

[Welcome]
- Experience in construction management of wooden houses and renovation work
- Experience as site agent or chief engineer
- Class 1 or Class 2 Construction Management Engineer qualification
- Experience as a craftsman or scaffolding work
- Japanese language: JLPT N2 or above
